New 500 square metre start-up restaurant in the Brisbane Airport precinct. 

We worked in direct response to our client’s brief to create a restaurant/ café which is contemporary and stylish but with a casual ambience. Flexibility of space is key, achieved with a mixed use of seating and furniture. Planning provides both large open plan spaces and smaller, more intimate areas. 
The interior layout draws customers in from the main entrance to the servery area and then on to a choice of seating areas. The placement of fixed bench seating successfully separates the interior into seating zones. This separation is further enhanced by the placement of ambient light fittings to punctuate the space.
Sleek granites are positioned alongside rustic brickwork, timber and quality fabrics to evoke a contemporary but casual interior.
